Eberle Associates is part of Eberle Communications Group. Eberle
Communications Group is blessed to have an outstanding Board of Directors which
provides guidance and direction to the management team. In addition to the outside
directors shown below, Bruce
Eberle serves
as Chairman of the Board, Bill Griffiths serves
as Vice President, and Tammy Cali serves as Secretary. Tammy
Cali also serves
as President of Eberle Associates.

Carl T. Berquist |

Carl joined Marriott International in December 2002 as Executive Vice President of financial information and enterprise risk management. In this role he is responsible for financial reporting, internal audits, enterprise risk management, taxes, and financial planning and analysis. Prior to joining Marriott, Carl was a managing partner of the mid-Atlantic region at Arthur Andersen LLP, and had global responsibilities for its real estate and hospitality practices.
He is a board member and past treasurer of the National Capital Boy Scouts of America and Vice President of Joe Gibbs' Youth for Tomorrow Home for Boys and Girls.

Jon Bruss |

Jon is Founder, President and CEO of Fortress Bancshares, Inc. This is a banking entrepreneurial venture that now owns five banks in Wisconsin, Minnesota, and Iowa. Mr. Bruss has been involved in the banking and finance industries since 1963. During his professional career, he has planned, executed and managed the start-up of sixteen new businesses including one mutual fund, four equipment leasing companies, three equipment leasing partnerships, a Canadian finance company, a value added IBM-PC retail distributor and four non-captive equipment finance companies, a bank holding company and a bank investment subsidiary.

Katherine M. Eberle |

Kathi currently serves as Corporate Treasurer of Eberle Associates. A co-founder
of Eberle Associates, with her husband, Bruce, Kathi has worn a number of
corporate "hats," initially
serving as head of the finance department. In addition to her corporate
duties, Kathi is an active volunteer in church and related activities. For
the last seven years she has co-chaired the Live Auction held at the Country
Fair hosted each fall by the Youth For Tomorrow New Life Foundation. YFT
operates a home for at-risk boys and girls on a campus of more than 200 acres
in suburban Washington, D.C. Through innovation and hard work, Kathi
has organized, orchestrated, and managed an event that has raised more than
$1 million of net income for the home founded by former Washington Redskins
coach, Joe Gibbs. Kathi is a member of the Board of Advisors of Youth
For Tomorrow and is a graduate of James Madison University. |  |

Peter D. Hannaford |

Peter is the editor of the editorial pages of the Eureka, CA, Reporter, a daily newspaper. He is also president of Hannaford Enterprises, Inc., a public affairs consulting firm and is a Senior Counselor to APCO Worldwide, a public affairs and strategic communications firm based in Washington, D.C. For a number of years he was closely associated with the late President Ronald Reagan. From 1975-95 he was Chief Executive of The Hannaford Company, Inc. (founded as Deaver & Hannaford, Inc.), merging it with another firm in 1996. He has served on the Advisory Board of Mount Vernon, George Washington's home; Co-Chairman of the National Advisory Board of the Calvin Coolidge Memorial Association; the Public Relations Advisory Committee of the United States Information Agency; the Commonwealth Fund's Commission on Elderly People Living Alone; and the Board of Trustees of the White House Preservation Fund. He is the author of numerous articles and nine books: The Reagans: a Political Portrait; Talking Back to the Media; Remembering Reagan (co-author); My Heart Goes Home: a Hudson Valley Memoir; Recollections of Reagan; The Quotable Ronald Reagan; The Essential George Washington; The Quotable Calvin Coolidge; and Ronald Reagan and His Ranch: the Western White House, 1981-89.

James M. Irving |

Marty, as he is known to his friends and business acquaintances, is founder and CEO of Irving Interests, a firm specializing in real estate development. In 1985 he founded The Irving Group and from 1975 through 1985, Mr. Irving served as a founding partner of Tycon Developers, one of the largest land development organizations in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. Marty's professional affiliations include: Partner, Board of Directors, Washington Capitals Hockey Club; Board of Directors, National Association of Industrial and Office Park Developers; President, Fairfax County Public Schools Education Foundation; Board of Directors, Fairfax County Chamber of Commerce and Board of Directors, United States Marine Corps Scholarship Foundation. Marty also served on the committee that successfully secured the Winter Olympics for Salt Lake City.
