Chris Cobb has been involved in direct mail for more than twenty-five years. His career began with the Richard A. Viguerie Company in 1973 where he was recognized for his ability to write exciting, compelling copy.
Chris came aboard in 1975, taking over responsibility for handling the direct mail fund raising needs of some of the agency's largest accounts.
Leaving the agency to run his own mail order business in Kennebunkport, Maine, Chris expanded his knowledge of direct mail on the commercial side. Chris later moved to Houston, Texas where he became involved in direct mail from the production side of the business. At the request of a friend who was elected to the U.S. Congress, Chris returned to Washington, D.C. to serve as his Administrative Assistant on the Hill. After several years in the halls of Congress, Chris returned to the direct mail field as a representative of Kiplinger. Chris re-joined Eberle Associates in early 1994 to once again pursue his first love -- direct mail fund raising. Chris is a very important part of the Eberle Associates team.
Chris and his wife, Anne, live in Alexandria, Virginia. Chris and Anne, who is an accomplished artist, travel widely.
