Stuart Mac Lean has been involved in the conservative movement since his days in college and has been writing direct mail fund raising appeals since 1982. He joined Eberle Associates in 1983, and after several years of freelance copy writing and employment by Phillips Publishing, rejoined Eberle Associates in 1992. During his career in direct marketing, Stuart has had the opportunity to create direct mail fund raising campaigns for a wide variety of prestigious Republican and conservative groups including Black America's Political Action Committee, the National Republican Senatorial Committee, the College Republican National Committee and The Ronald Reagan Presidential Library Foundation.
Stuart has received professional recognition from the Direct Marketing Association of Washington where he has won more than a dozen MAXI awards, and from the national Direct Marketing Association from which he earned five Echo awards. He has also received a Pollie award from the American Association of Political Consultants.
Stuart has a degree in economics from the University of Wisconsin and is a graduate of The National Journalism Center founded by M. Stanton Evans, author, columnist, and newspaper editor. Stuart and his wife, Debbie, live in Potomac Falls, Virginia. They have three children, Jonathan, Stassi, and Kelly.
