Your Choices

You can set your browser to refuse all or some browser cookies, or to alert you when cookies are being sent. If you disable or refuse cookies, please note that some parts of this Site may then be inaccessible or not function properly.

Your browser settings may allow you to automatically transmit a “Do Not Track” signal to online services you visit. Note, however, there is currently no industry consensus as to what site and app operations should do with regard to these signals. Accordingly, unless and until the law is interpreted to require us to do so, we do not monitor or take action with respect to “Do Not Track” signals. For more information on “Do Not Track,” visit https://www.allaboutdnt.com.

We do not control third parties’ collection or use of your information to serve interest-based advertising. However, these third parties may provide you with ways to choose not to have your information collected or used in this way. You can opt out of receiving targeted ads from members of the Network Advertising Initiative (”NAI”) on the NAI’s website.

You may request the removal of your personal information from our databases, or deactivate your account (if any), by contacting us at info@eberleassociates.com, or by telephone at (703) 821-1550.

Nevada Privacy Rights

Nevada laws permit Nevada residents to opt-out of the sale of certain kinds of personal information. EA does not sell your personal information to third parties for monetary consideration to trigger the opt-out requirements under Nevada law. If you are a Nevada resident and have questions, please contact us at info@eberleassociates.com, or by telephone at (703) 821-1550.

Data Security

The security of your personal information is important to us. We employ a number of organizational, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect the personal information we collect. However, security risk is inherent in all internet and information technologies and we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information. Any transmission of personal information is at your own risk. We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures contained on the Sites.

The safety and security of your information also depends on you. If, for example, we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password for access to certain parts of our Sites, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share your password with anyone.

Changes to Our Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy is periodically reviewed and amended as necessary, and may change as EA updates and expands the Sites or any part thereof, and as may be needed to comply with any applicable law or regulation. EA will endeavor to notify you of any material changes by updating any Privacy Policy information on this page.
